jlili7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of Services. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to jlili7.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jlili7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of jlili7 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against jlili7.

10. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlili7 regarding use of our Services. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and jlili7 as a result of these Terms or use of our Services.
